Dorset Lady's slow taper

Hello, this is for Dorset Lady. I copied your slow taper for five weeks, 7 weeks -

but forgot to check what drop in dose - is it half a mg?

This month, May, I'm tapering from 12 to 11 at the moment; all being well then I will go on to taper to 10mg from the start of June.

I hope it will be possible to get down to ten by mid July.....

Thanksyou for confirming the slow taper is for each half of 1 mg.

You can drop whatever dose you like - 1mg or 1/2mg.. if you are using the excel spreadsheet just enter the dose you are on and what you want to drop to in the first two cells - and it will automatically change the rest of the taper, If you are having difficulty then please send me a Chat message
