I am now wondering how long it takes for my blood glucose to return to a normal range? I've been eating a strict keto diet for the last 20 months, I've been increasingly active as I've tapered down (play tennis 2-3 times a week, use the gym and walk the dog daily for 1hr +) My average glucose, taken using a CGM, is 6.0 and only really drops during the night. Any advice welcome
