Hi all, I’ve had such good advice on here but often want to refresh my memory regarding specifics, however haven’t found a way of saving/tagging single responses so I don’t have to trawl through the whole of several threads - is there a way? I’ve tapped on More but the options don’t make sense to me and don’t seem to go anywhere…not very techy…..

Takes ages finding specific replies
Yes..
Under each reply if you tap More V - you get a box - copy reply link. Just tap that - and then you can save it where you like - into a word document, into Notes - or just email to yourself until you decide where you want to keep it…
Try this an an experiment- and confirm if it works..😊
Thanks for this. Yes this is what I was trying, just tried again and I get a green banner across the top saying copy/reply/link x but I can’t put it anywhere - it just goes when I tap it.
See this for updating profile -

As for copying link -you need to paste it somewhere otherwise it just sits in the ether.
You should get message at top of your screen on this page which says “reply link copied “ do you?
Ha! I just tried again re updating and managed to do it! But I’m not sure that if that’s what we’re meant to do, hopefully it’s helpful when I come back with more questions…
Re copying link - yes I get that message but when I tap it it doesn’t give me any options, just disappears..
Not that I know of besides how DL suggests! You can save entire threads but you still need to know where to look. Probably the best thing to do is keep a diary of replies that appeal to you particularly with them classified under topics using DL's technique.
I think I’ll have to do it like this, can’t make headway with DL’s method! Thank you. While I’m here, another site question - was going to update my profile (just to say how I’ve been on with tapering etc) but it keeps taking me round in circles and I can’t see how to add on to it - I must be brain fugged or something as I’m sure you must be able to do that…
I usually make notes the old fashioned way, but forgot to regarding a link to Sjogrens and adrenal fatigue you pointed out recently. Would you remember it?
Do you mean the one about Sjoegrens and fatigue - not adrenal fatigue which is a concept I don't subscribe to, it is NOT the same as adrenal insufficiency.

Such a shame it is entitled Sjoegren's fatigue - it is all autoimmune illness that gets it.
Yes thank you very much pro, I will write things down straight away next time. I was particularly interested where it mentioned fatigue before it rains which lifts after a good down pour as this is something I have noticed and thought it was just me.
