I’ve been following this group for years now since being diagnosed in 2018 with PMR. I find it invaluable and so want to continue receiving daily emails. As of late I’ve not been receiving them. What have I done? I would appreciate any advice please.

Work you way through the suggested options… but if it doesn’t resolve, then please contact HU.
As users, we cannot do anything - it’s needs technical team intervention .
But will say, HU recently updated something and you are not the only one having issues. Frustrating isn’t it? 🤨
Please let us know as/when things are back to normal… I have an ongoing saga with HU on issues…
have you checked your spam folder?
I went through the checklist and nothing was amiss, contacted HU and they posted some previous daily mails which went through, and today the automated posting seems to have worked. So whatever they do at their end seems to work. I was not optimistic because my respondent just asked again for me to check my spam folder. Anyway, something clicked.
I recently switched to a new IPad with more up to date software, Apps etc. Prior to this my HealthUnlocked emails had stopped on my old IPad.
I contacted the administrators of HealthUnlocked and they told me to insert their email address in the address list for my emails. (This should prove to your email provider that HealthUnlocked is not spam).
You can do this by sending an email to: notifications@email.healthunlocked.com.
I explained in my message to them that I had not been receiving emails from HealthUnlocked.
The replied with some useful information.
I now receive my HealthUnlocked emails - just like I used to. 🙂
