I am not receiving health unlocked emails. I have been through the normal procedure to rectify this to no avail, so sent health unlocked an email which they have acknowledged but still no emails.
Should I wait a little longer ?

bowler, if you've gone into your Account page to ensure that the necessary boxes are ticked, and have also emailed the administrators, I can't see what else you can do. Hopefully, an administrator will read your post and act on it.
I am in the same position and have also installed Windows 10, but several months ago.--]Have only had a problem with receiving Health Unlocked for past week.Odd??
I am also now receiving very few email posts, and those I do get are being duplicated i.e. If I get 2 one day receive the same two either later that day or the next day. Today's two are what I got yesterday ...... what has gone wrong ? I am on windows 8.1
Hi ozymandias
have you informed health unlocked on the help line ? but saying that, I have mailed them twice and I'm still not receiving emails, I can still access the site but I have to google it every time which is a nuisance.
Hi Bowler
No I haven't but, interestingly, I have received two new emails in the past hour - so maybe the message got through to the right people !! I'll see what happens over the next few days and try the helpline if the problem persists.
At least you are receiving some emails, I still have none, thing is I'm less inclined to go on the site now.
good luck
" thing is I'm less inclined to go on the site now." I hope that's because you're feeling much better now.
My emails are back to normal today, but I am also less bothered about the site now as I find it all so depressing, and endlessly repetitive. Also I'm a bit of a renegade and tend to 'do my own thing'. Leaving aside the steroids - which are the necessary evil - the rest is up to me to decide. Doctors and Rheumatologists telling me what to take/do doesn't mean that I have too. Consequently; after the first few months of following 'advice' both on-line and via the Rheumy I'm rowing my own boat; and now feel much better.
My Doctor is on long-term sick (!!) and I haven't seen him for months. My next Rheumy appt. is 28th August. The NHS has been brilliant but now, with all my MRI and other scans out of the way, everything else I need to know is accessible on the
I've still a way to go (May 4th 2015 started on 60 mg) and am currently on 12.5 mg but feel that the worst is past. I hope so anyway.
Lots and lots of luck to you.
What I meant was " I am less likely to go on site due to not receiving emails"
I do find this site invaluable with all the help info I have gained from it, especially from PMRpro/celtic
I have so many other health issues apart from the GCA/PMR, [ too many to mention ] which I was diagnosed with aged 54 I'm now 71 so been on Pred for 16 years. I also use the Kidney site, Vascultis site, and the Pernicious Anaemia site,
I'm sorry you find the site depressing, and assume you still belong to it to "keep in the loop" so to speak, and you keep your appointments with your Rheumy for the same reason, but like you say you do your own thing now, and as your scans etc., are out of the way, there's no need for advice.
I also cannot fault the NHS and Addenbrook's hospital Cambridge.
I'm glad you are feeling better.
