can someone point me towards posts on PMR/steroids and effect on Thyroid? I have been a HU member for some 8/9 years in regard to my AI hypothyroidism and had a diagnosis of PMR in June. I need to understand the impact of the combination of the two. Thanks a lot

Short answer - not really! Have you tried the search function and FAQs? Beyond that, I'm afraid not, unless you start from scratch and ask for other people's experiences in a new post. There are over 35 thousand posts ...

With the proviso that everyone is different, I have had hypothyroidism for 30 years or so and PMR for over 11years and haven’t found any particular interactions as far as I know.
