👍,😘😇After posting on Thursday about a strong suspicion that I was suffering Adrenal Insufficiency PMRpro engaged with me in a conversation that benefited me hugely. I would probably have taken an additional 5mg extra Pred had she not mentioned that perhaps one or two mgs may be enough.
yesterday I upped my dose by 1mg and already today feel back to my old self after 5 weeks of misery. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU PMRpro. 🥰
My pleasure! The same has happened to me - after a few months on 5mg I was feeling really ropey. Going back to 6mg has made SUCH a difference.
