It happens to me every so often and then it starts again. Occasionally I have to ask HU to sort it out though.
Thank you for your help I turned my phone and iPad off then logged out of the HU and then signed back in. I usually get the emails early in the morning at present an 8 hr time change I also checked my setting and notification on my devises and on HU all seems ok maybe our new provider
