hello folks I have been having an issue with my email as a new provider has bought the company. I normally get an email from you every morning but haven’t seen one for 4 days now . Can you check at your end. Thank you

Nothing we can do I fear. It may be an HU problem or you may find your settings have unaccountably changed,

Have a look at this and see if you resolve it. If you can’t, you need to contact HU support centre [scroll down to bottom of page] - we cannot do anything- we are only users, the same as you-

It happens to me every so often and then it starts again. Occasionally I have to ask HU to sort it out though.

Thank you for your help I turned my phone and iPad off then logged out of the HU and then signed back in. I usually get the emails early in the morning at present an 8 hr time change I also checked my setting and notification on my devises and on HU all seems ok maybe our new provider

Good idea, switch it off and switch it on again as they suggest!
