There are no contraindications for taking the flucloxacillin with the clopidogrel, but you could check with your pharmacist. They are always incredibly knowledgable about drugs.
You need to check with your pharmacist!
They are not at all similar - except that they both act to reduce the risk of clotting. They work by totally different mechanisms. Taking flucloxacillin at the same time as your usual dose of warfarin would mean your INR would go down and you would be at risk of clotting unless you put your dose up but since you aren't being monitored daily you would not know how much.
When you aren't sure about such things you can always ask the pharmacist - the PHARMACIST, not the counter staff.
I wouldn't know the answer to that. One word of advice though, don't forget to take pro biotics after taking it. I didn't think of it and spent a week on the toilet!
