I am ALWAYS immediately sceptical of something appearing on the specific website run by someone claiming to be a Dr, thought to be fair, he does seem to be! I suppose since there is a moneyback guarantee it might be worth a try - even the supporters say it didn't work instantly

I suppose it is an alternative to doing private work ...

I see it contains glucosamine, which I've been taking for several decades and believe does help me. The other ingredients also are often recommended by others. I suppose the convenience here is they are all one pill. I wish I could see how much of each ingredient is actually present in each dose.

FYI I had been taking 2000 mg glucosamine sulfate (Activ8 uses a different form) but after learning this can lead to high blood sugar I stopped, found arthritic symptoms rapidly became worse, and now take 1500 mg which seems to work and also my latest blood result was normal, without any other changes in my diet, etc. It's considerably chaper than Activ8. I recommend if you think you might try glucosamine on its own that you get a capsule, not a hard tablet or caplet form, and always take with a meal. I've never had a problem but some people complain it's hard on their stomach. I've bought tablets by mistake a couple of times and found I couldn't even swallow them. Capsules no problem. Like Activ8 it won't work right away, and is not to be confused with a painkiller, but considering I've now had OA about half my life I think I've done well, thanks to glucosamine.

I suppose it isn't expensive if it works really well - and there IS a money-back guarantee.
