Hi everyone.
I'm having another ankle surgery on August 18th and am lucky in that I have the same surgeon, James Brown, that did my other ankle.
I've had quite thorough health checks and am pleased with the outcome.
From my experience last time I was really lazy during rehab as I found it so boring being in a cast. It's quite sad to say that a wonderful day out was a visit to the hospital 
Any tips on rehab?
btw I'm down to 9mg of pred and it was relatively easy.
