Paddy
If you stop Prolia it is now recommended you are switched to a bisphosphonate for a couple of years at least to consolidate the improved bone density achieved and avoid the rebound loss of bone density which has been identified and is accompanied by a very real risk of spinal fractures, especially in the first 6 months after stopping.
Spinal fractures! That’s scary. Appreciate, as always, your advice and insight.

PS - why do you want to stop Prolia?
Because of the serious side affects and that I may have experienced two of them!
Fair enough - which ones? Not being nosey but it is the sort of information it is useful for us to have.
Dizziness and Diarrhoea.
