The one I recommended is only available in France and Italy as far as I know - it was magnesium pidolate in fact but there are others that are less laxative in effect.

I recommend Magnesium Malate. It’s available to buy on Amazon and doesn’t affect the stomach or bowel. A bit more expensive than others but for me it’s worth it.
