Without really trying I have lost 15lbs since the beginning of December.
I didn't think much about it until January.
I am on 7mg of Pred and seem to be stuck there which, really, is fine and doesn't bother me now. My Devil's Tic Tac's post awhile back changed my mind set (thank you all!)
Anyway. I have never been much of a foodie and have been a vegetarian for decades and a vegan for about 9 years.
In December I got to like tortilla wraps with hummus, salsa and peppers. I ended up eating them a lot along with fresh fruit everyday. I also love cold oats with vegan yogurt and milled flax seeds and fresh fruit
I rarely eat much bread now and no potatoes. I'm happy enough and joyous when I weighed myself yesterday. 161lbs
I am thrilled and happy to say so. I'm with my daughter and granddaughter the rest of the week and they're here from Australia. This will be the first time I've seem the little one and I haven't seen my daughter for 5 years pre-PMR. I don't think I can stomach chocolate these days so will give Easter eggs a miss!
