Thank you everyone for you comments and care. I’ve just had a call from my GP recommending I stay at 10mg for the next few weeks then taper. Also a referral for a hip X-ray and to take ibuprofen and paracetamol together to relieve pain. This site and all of you are such a support thank you again.
