I am beginning to dread annual vaccines and Covid boosters. Each time I have a vaccination, I have a PMR flare. This one started slowly, (day 3, post jab), and grew over 6 more days, to undeniable flare. Severe hip and shoulder pain and stiffness, could hardly walk! I Boosted pred dose up to 10 mg from 6mg. Response was good, pain backed off…will remain at 10 for a third day, then drop to 6.5 mg. Damn, I really wish I would reach my “remission”. I fear that state may be fantasy…
