hi all o took wrong dose 2 days ago I took 6 instead of 9 feel really tired back on 9 is this normal to feel knackered

Quite normal I would imagine as it’s a 33% difference… Hopefully now you’re back at correct dose, you’ll soon recover….

..and suggest you don’t do it again 😊

Yes - that is quite a difference and suddenly took you into the adrenal region too. Plus if it was too low it could be the PMR inflammation too.
