Well I really needed my cortisone today. Devastated by the shooting episode here in Copenhagen near to my daughters home, and my grown children knowing the ill young man who had the riffel as a friends little brother.... I have been crying my eye out. I thought this was in USA only, but I guess that the constant cut down on health care are also to blame. Both my son and mother have corona, my sun is 24 years and vaccinated but he is not well at all.
So I took the liberty and upped my dose today with 5 mg.
Tomorrow will be a better day

Hugs - sometimes it comes just a bit too close to home. I remember how I felt when OH happened to be getting off a train at Kings Cross on 7/7 - always a horrible feeling but when there is a link it is very upsetting.
You have my sympathy, krillemy. One of my grandsons and his fiancée live in Copenhagen and of course the heart gives a lurch when something like this comes on the news but shocking for your sons. Mental health issues often seem low on the list of priorities in the healthcare system.I hope your son and mum recover soon...a worry for you.
my condolences it is a shock and after such a wonderful start for The Tour of France these last 3 days. Such a friendly and welcoming start that has stunned all cycling fans.
Somehow we never know where the next blow will come from - but you will get over this and in the meantime be careful because stress can cause a flare. Take care.
My sympathies to you and your family, and the community. Tomorrow may or may not be a better day. It sometimes seems as though the whole world has gone mad.
