A few days ago I mentioned about getting early morning chest pain and several of you very kindly responded. Since then I've increased my soluble magnesium intake and things are much better. For some reason, probably because I thought I might be taking too many supplements, several months ago I halved my daily dose of 350mg soluble magnesium. I have now gone back to the original dose and so far so good. However, I will still have a check-up with my GP on my next visit in July.
