Hi everyone, success my mountain trek was exciting, fun, tough in parts including the 22km up hill day. But I did it and survived.

Came home full of beans made the mistake of reducing steroids next day, should have waited for my body to recover so had a big flare but on top of it now.

Cheers

CONGRATULATIONS~! That view alone would make it worthwhile. Now, rest a bit!

Well done you. 22km is a lot of walking. What an achievement! Look after yourself 😀

Thank you, it was 85km altogether, the 22km was one day. The longest. It was tough but amazing.

Well done on the trek - but not so well done on trying to reduce next day - what were you thinking of 😳

Enjoy a few days rest….

Southern Alps or on north island?
