Saw ENT specialist to clarify if Eustachian tube blockage might be cause as everything else ok. He gave me a nasal spray and I found when I got home that it has steroids n it. I am reducing from 12.5 to 12.0 and it’s not easy! He had all my notes in front of him! Should I go ahead with nasal spray when I’m trying to reduce?

Yes - it has a much more local action. You will absorb a bit but not worth worying about and it will only be for a short time to see if it reduces swelling in the Eustachian tubes.
