Good article, I share his views about how every individual is different and treatment and dose of pred needs to be a two-way dialogue with doctors to gt good quality of life

I joined the Facebook group referred to in the article at about the same time as I joined this group, The contrast between the groups is stark. Here we get good reasoned, reliable advice from very knowledgeable people. On the FB group you see some posts advocating downright dangerous things. I think it could be better moderated but it is a very large group and it must be a huge task to keep on top of all of the posts.
