Covid booster and flu jab

Has anyone had both jabs at the same time? I'm booked in for both tomorrow and just a little concerned. Thought I may as well be a little rough for one or two days rather than be rough again in a few weeks!

Not that relevant to our situation but the daughter(32 and hale & hearty) had her Covid booster and flu jab together last week. Both arms a bit sore for a few hours and mild headache that night- fine the next day. She thought similar to you. All the best.

🤞 I think I would too if I could, as just want to be protected from both ASAP. I’ve had my flu jab done at Boots last month but not due Covid booster till end of November. Here’s to better days ahead.

I had my booster yesterday and had my flu jab booked for tomorrow, but was advised (by the lady doing the booster jab) that as on Pred for PMR to wait a week before having flu jab. Maybe best to check with with someone just in case.

I did ask my GP and he wasn’t sure and said to ask at the vaccination centre. My husband said he thought the lady didn’t seem sure but might have been being extra cautious. I not able to get out much at moment so thinking leaving it another week will be OK. Good luck with yours

I had both Covid and flu jabs last week and apart from a slightly sore “Covid arm” for a couple of days I had no reaction. I’d had Astra Zeneca jabs previously so thought I might react to a different type of vaccine, luckily not! I’m currently taking 6mg of Prednisolone.

I had both together. Apart from a slight sore arm with COVID booster I was absolutely fine. Got both gca and pmr

I was told that there should be at least 15 minutes between the 2 jabs!
