Has anyone heard that the government want to increase prescription charges to include people up to 66 years old? That is in England only.

The news article I read said it was being considered to help raise money to cover the cost of covid 🙂

They are saving less than a billion pounds a year according to the papers. That won't put much a hole in Dido's thirty six billion track and trace fiasco.

Me too…no good complaining if you don’t answer when you get the chance. Have added to my reply above.

Not heard this, but would make sense, as it was for over 60's when pension age was 60 and now it is 66 xx

Thank you I also have filled this in and added comments to the effect of they should look at overhauling medical exemptions being so restricted to only certain conditions and I believe this has not altered since the 1960s .plus I’d females lost our right to pension at age 60 😡
