Vitamin D update

Update on previous chats re Vitamin D finally have an update after speaking to Rheumatologist. My Vitamin D blood level is 38 so not as high as should be. I discussed the dosage given to me of Calciferol and Rheumatologist wants me to persevere and cope with resultant indigestion. I have taken on board all your suggestions thank you.

It might be worth getting a different brand for yourself? Were you given it as tablets or another form?

Tablets contain various fillers to make the bulk of all tablets and some people really react badly to the fillers, The spray is just the vit D as a salt in an oil - my husband doesn't like tablets (he reacts to ANY medication in tablet form, just like his mother) but is fine with the spray.
