I just want to thank you all. I do not believe I would have come this far without you all and pmrpro. 15mgs over 4 years ago, 4mgs now, the journey is not yet over, that I know, but glimmers of positive hope are arriving back in my life. I now take the pred between 2 and 4 am,makes a big difference, still have some aches but can live with those. Have sold my house, moving aged mother and autistic son, something so daunting it would have reduced me to tears and incapabability only a year ago. Please all realise what a massive mountain of support and encouragement you are. Love you all and will continue taking part in forum for rest of life.

You still are facing a lot of stress, so remember that you mustn’t over do things.

It’s great that you now have realized that there is a light at the end of that long tunnel.
