Day after Pfizer Covid shot and PMR

Just had first shot of Pfizer Covid vaccine and boy oh boy I was lightheaded and exhausted as many on this site seem to say as well. Had a nap for 3 hours after my shot and then off to bed 8:30 pm to 9:30 wake up, haven't slept that long in a while! Today is the day after my shot, still feel a bit light headed not as much as yesterday but we shall see? Arm feels fine!

I had the Oxford vaccine and, pretty much as you, suffered a little lightheadedness with lethargy but not until the evening. In fact I felt quite good during the day. Had secon one Monday gone and within an hour got a really heavy head, reminded me of tapering withdrawals. Had to take paracetamol and felt ‘not with it’ but is gradually lifting. Still taking paracetamol or its too distracting. Happy it’s done ✔️

Not lightheaded, but had a persistent headache yesterday, day after first Pfizer shot, which could have been related to change in the weather. I had to take painkiller but tried to limit amount. I was wiped and did nothing. Today I hurt all over, especially the injected arm, but some is PMR because I'm not taking enough pred (probably futile effort to give vaccine a chance to do its best).
