Not good day

Hi all, after dr said yesterday about my sore lips being from my inhaler not sure about it now, today have just felt not well but can't actually say why I don't feel right, just lots of little things, foggy head, sore eyes, feeling unsteady, tired, nervous, feel sick, stomach cramps. Good news thou I received my information pack from pmrscotland there a lot of information in there so will keep it to read monday to tests my new glasses out.

Is there any chance it could be Covid? Either way - do contact your GP tomorrow and if you feel worse before, call 111.

They do and it is most welcome to those of us who, like me, don't live in the UK. Until recently we couldn't become members because of currency exchange complications.

Anyone in the UK can ring the Helpline and ask for an information pack, whether a member or not, or it is easier and cheaper for the charity if people download it from the website, I think each one costs about £5 to produce and post (and volunteers to pack and post). The link is

Karen, it’s worth getting a Covid Test as you may be Atypical. I don’t know if you do the ZOE APP ie update how you feel daily - it takes seconds but they sent me one when l had a headache which l was sure was a reaction to fish. It’s so easy to do as l request one to do at Home but if l were you l’d be just requesting one.

PS re the inhaler making your lips sore, my Mum always drank some water after using her Steroid Inhaler as it caused Thrush - GP’s recommendation.
