Apologies if this has already been flagged up - I've lost count!!! It also discusses the changes in timing (not entirely convinced personally but I don't have to worry about it, only Pfizer/BioNTech here and 3 weeks ...)

Slightly concerned that for 12 weeks only partly protected people will be wandering around thinking they are “okay”.

Particularly since even done the way it was trialed and MHRA approved you aren't 100% protected even after the 4 weeks ... We need to continue with distancing and masks until the numbers are down really low - and that won't be until the autumn. Not Easter as BoJo is saying ...

Thank Pro - our neighbour (had a phone call yesterday, New Years Eve at 3pm & had his injection at 8pm last night!....

So good to know we have it in the area & the system is working!

To get to basics, Wales at least is not taking advantage of offers of volunteers to give the vaccine. Worryingly a retired gp friend applied over 3 weeks ago and is yet to receive a response. Red tape, mountains of it.
