This has one of the better explanations of social distancing and self-isolation that I have seen. This is information that definitely should apply to anyone on over 20mg/day pred and anyone on pred and a supplementary immunosuppressant or a biologic.

It is ultimately up to the reader how they implement the advice.
EVERYONE, irrespective of dose of pred should be practising social distancing - remaining at home except for shopping for essential supplies, not going out to visit and no-one allowed to visit you and not using public transport. When you are out - and truly, you shouldn't be except possibly for a walk in a deserted area - keep 2m away from anyone who comes near you. Two metres is further away than you are tall.

I still convert to ft and inches. I can just about cope with a litre in terms of what it looks like but weights and measures get the old imperial conversion.
