Forgotten my dose?!

Sitting here feeling ridiculous. Filling up my steroid dispenser with no memory of taking today’s tablet. Am on 2.5 a day but reducing to 2 on one day a week, then two days a week etc. This is second week. Shall I carry on today with fingers crossed? Will I feel wobbly as day goes on and let that be deciding factor to take, say, 2? Advice will be very welcome.

I’ve taken an executive decision - a voice in my head said take 2.5 and if that means you’ve had 5, you’ll have a really great day!

Why not get a multiple day/week dosette box for the pred and set a whole month up at once? Makes it more obvious you have taken it.

Not always - until the next day..I still use mine for supplements...and realised on Wednesday morning I hadn't taken Tuesdays! 🤦‍♀️
