forgotten Pred

Have come away for 4 days and forgotten to bring my Pred. I am on 1.5mg. Should I try to get some from a chemist by showing my Prescription or will it be ok to not take for 4 days ?

I would say that you should get a supply as soon as possible. You don’t want problems with adrenal insufficiency

If you can't get a chemist to give it to you, you can probably persuade 111 to prescribe some locally. We did this when my SIL came to stay, having forgotten his epilepsy meds, and it was extremely easy.

Very lucky you had your prescription on you. Sensible chemist too.I always have a strip of pred in my handbag just in case.... maybe next time 😉
