Just curious, has anyone here tried dmso for pain and inflammation and what has been your experience. I've researched it quite a bit and find it very interesting.

Its not a recognised treatment for anything like pmr and gca as only pred deals with the inflammation but is used occasionally for bladder problems, cancer side effects and arthritis. As the side effects can cause a lot of serious problems including affecting the liver this isnt a drug I would consider even if it promised to cure pmr. YBB
