Hello everyone. Hope you're as well as can be expected under current circumstances.

I have made no changes to my 5x7.5mg per week and 2x7mg per week for several months and I am now on Day 3 of episodes of adrenaline rushes.

Very unpleasant and disconcerting. 2 on Weds, 2 yesterday and 3 so far today.

Will lumber on through the weekend and if they continue (I cannot imagine why they won't) will go and see my doctor.

Really not happy to go to the surgery but feel confident after 5 weeks that systems are in place (as they are in the supermarkets and pharmacies) to protect from sharing droplets. I will wear a mask and queue outside the office for my appointment.

Apart from this life is good. We're very lucky that the weather has been warm and sunny for most of the time and spend a large part of the afternoon outside reading. Feel so bad for those with little room to move and no outside space.

I am coming to the end of 2 weeks at 8mg (having dropped from 3 weeks dropped to 8.5 mg) and looking to taper to 7.5 mg next week. Can you describe what you mean by an "adrenaline rush". I have had no flares or problems since I began tapering from 15 mg last December, but am aware that things might change as I get below 7.5 mg.

Meanwhile I hope you are feeling better.
