I’ve just realised that the original recommendations by BSR recommended to me by my rheumy have gone from self isolation to shielding. The original was produced on 22 March and the update on the 24 March. I’m on 25mg Prednisolone and also MTX. Just for your info if anyone has missed the change.

I am shielded too. It does seem to change but they had contacted only 800,000 by the deadline of the 29th. And with the shifting goal posts. Thanks... 😱🌻

Go to British Society for Rheumatology it’s on the home page follow the link to the chart. I’ve been taking the dog out for half an hour as I thought I was self isolating! Now I’m shielded not sure ...!

I haven't taken my dog for 2 weeks solid and was isolating for about 5 days before the last walk. I stopped when I got a text saying shielded as you are supposed to stay at home. The dog was a bit miserable for a week just in the garden but has adjusted this week. It's my body that protests!

I am shielded as well on 40mg down from 60 started on 60 last July 40 since December, also on 20 mg methotrexate since the beginning of December
