Have suffered since 2018 been on Prendislone up to 60 now down to 10 but still have problems with shoulders and head . GP wants to put me on Methotrexate is this likely to work

Have you had other causes ruled out? Have you ever been pain free?

It would be useful if you gave us a bit more information about your illnesses - and what’s gone on since you were diagnosed.

Any other illnesses beside PMR /GCA?
