Dear all, I’ve just realised I asked a similar question a couple of months ago so please don’t waste your time responding and ignore the post. Apologies for my brain fog. By the way is there any way to delete posts as I did try that first.

At the bottom of your post you’ll see the word “more” in grey. Select that and one of the options is delete.

Thanks SnazzyD! Why I didn’t notice that is beyond me. X

Hello Casia -posting again helped me as recently developed wrist and ankle pain sofound your previous post and replies helpful thank you😊 I tried to use the search facility before I recently posted but I haven’t quite mastered it so it’s good when your post came along. I have plenty of brain fog too.

Thanks again and all the best x

Thanks Maisie1958. There are so many strange versions of auto immune inflammatory diseases and so few doctors who connect the dots I find this forum more useful than visiting any doctor!

As Maisie said, don’t ever worry about asking any question - it may well help someone else. And with new people always coming on line we are bound to get similar questions asked a number of times.

A new question? I read a lot on this forum about K2 supplements. Was at the pharmacy yesterday and asked about it. She was not familiar with it at all and said I would need to get at a Health Food. She was going to research it for me. Exactly what does it do? I live in Canada so things can be different here.

Probably better as a new thread - but HeronNS has probably written about it a dozen times so you could search her posts?

I think it helps the calcium absorption - but as PMRpro says HeronNS - also in Canada - will be along soon with more info,

I live in Canada and I first got K2 at a health food store. Then i noticed that Walmart sells a K2/D3 combo pill.
