Overdosed pred by mistake

I think I have taken today's 6mg pred twice. Not sure though. Will I be ok going back to 6mg tomorrow. Thanks

Enjoy the boost. In terms of dose 12mg is not high if you think people have 100mg. In terms of your progress and adrenals, one day isn’t going to do much and your adrenals will still be asleep anyway. We’ve all done it.

And treat yourself to a dosette box - if you only takedo it for pred fill it at the same time once a week in a quiet place to be sure you get it right and then you can see if you have taken today's dose!
