Thank you for doing what we would all love to do , by taking part you not only help to raise money for a worthy cause but show the world what can be achieved by a sufferer who gets help and support from a great charity.
Thank you for your kind words - I am ready to reduce my steroids but I'm holding off until after tomorrow and, luckily the obstacles are optional!!
