Spending the afternoon in bed - so much pain! Can't possibly be depressed though. Watching the children, families enjoying the sun.

Its so annoying with this illness when theirs so much we want to do but know we will suffer if we try to do these things .I spent a hour in Garden tidying up but suffered in the afternoon .

Its a glorious morning today a its a joy looking out and seeing the Garden look nice still have some more to-do but not today .

Wish you well !!! Sunny here, have just finished 2 hour stint at the Natives plant sale at the Nature Center. Now relaxing and wondering/planning on what to do for a stray puppy that arrived at my house yesterday morning. I kept her in my utility room overnight as temperature was low. I am trying to find her owner, but if cannot, will try to find someone who will take her. am not sure I can handle two dogs at this time. However, it certainly takes my mind off my own problems.

He is a Wimador,a cross between a chocolate Labrador and a Weimaraner.He is a fantastic placid animal will be 10 this year.x
