I’ve been taking it about a month now, not long enough to evaluate. I’ve tried two different brands but the second one was based in vegetable glycerin and did not agree with me. Are you taking it or thinking of it?

Thinking of taking it. Maybe next month. I am on 30 mg now.

Like most things on this site, if it's mentioned, I have a go... I have cbd oil and recommended it to a friend - she swears it helps her with her pain (not PMR). For me, I'm not sure about the cbd, I just know the right dose of steroids is my perfect remedy!

Put CBD in the search box and you will get a list of previous posts about it - quite a lot really. Results seem to vary from no effect to helps me sleep...

Ive tried it several times. Its very very expensive and it did nothing for me. Of course when you feel bad you think ill try it again!! Though of course we are all different. Some people find it helpful.

My friend swears by it. I tried it and it made no difference, neither did Tumeric

Someone posted this article on Bone Health the other day. I have not had time to study in depth but the conclusion was surprising to me. If CBD actually benefits osteoporosis it would be great for some of us.

Hi alvertta, I have taken CBD for two years. I think it helped me to reduce my steroids without a flare. I was on 30mg and now just doing a slow reduction to 6mg. However it doesn't seem to help with my PMR pain but does with my arthritis. One thing I would say is that as my steroid dose came down I got more of my osteoarthritis pain and it wasn't enough, so I am still taking prescribed painkillers.

I think its been worth it for me xxx
