Yes I saw it the other day...very relevant to our illnesses.

I’m thinking of getting this printed! 💐

How are you these days Telian?

Not too bad, have other health issues trying to sort out that muddy the waters- don’t you just hate those situations takes so much out of us. Sure it will work out 🏋️‍♀️ in the end!

Am continuing with Tai Chi and love it - have ‘Graduated’, there words not mine, from ‘beginners’ to ‘continuing’ classes. Keeps me sane. How’s your pain? X

Rearing it’s ugly head these last few weeks. I’m going to start tai chi next week. Hope I can manage it. Xx

Great hope you enjoy it as much as I do. If you need to sit down part way you can - that’s the beauty of it.

A little old lady with Alzheimer’s started two weeks ago and her husband just drops her off, doesn’t even come in! Best thing is she’s never even been to a beginner’s class! Will give her the new beginner’s class detail next week. No good me seeing that I have to switch off. My son said how come you get involved - can’t help it when she sits next to me and is very chatty - seems okay until the conversation gets repeated.

Sorry about yoyr pain returning X

My OH is always moaning at me cos I get involved with friends problems. He says it will make my pmr worse . It does drag me under sometimes. I can’t ignore a friend in need though can I?

We are what we are, just need to find another way of caring and not to constantly take things on our shoulders. X

It really resonates! Oddly Mrs Nails posted it too. It is one of the very few posts I have managed to access today. Guardian angel methinks.

What a lovely poem, incredibly helpful - I think all consultants should give their patient a copy to help them manage their condition! Am also going to print it off.

I had a day yesterday of sleeping. Couldn’t keep my eyes open and was chilly. Tested negative so my body just needed a day off. Today I have my MRI for my lower back. The pain has been off the scale and hopefully the surgeon can remove the spacers that are not in place soon. So this poem is perfect for me know. Thanks for posting it.
