No emails

Not sure why but no longer getting my daily email from healthunlocked with the latest posts. Last lot came Monday morning ☹️ Cc

Might be worth just rechecking your profile. Go in, delete settings, save, go back in and reset and save again! Or if too much bother, scroll down to help centre at bottom of page and advice support team!

Thanks. I went into settings but everything seemed in order. I did click onto “receive all posts as added” (or words to that effect) and today started receiving individual posts all over the place as people added them thru day so that side of things is fine, just not getting them all together in one email as usual. Will go back and try your suggestions. Hope the knee is healing nicely. All the best cc 🤗

Scroll to the bottom of the page and at the right hand side of the black strap line you will see Support. Click on Help Centre and then Contact Support to tell them what isn't working. They are usually pretty good about looking for reasons.

Thanks, I have done that and had a reply to say they have manually resent one of the days I didn’t get but nothing has come. ☹️ So will see what happens in morning. Ta cc 🤗

Keep whinging at them - the first time I did it, it took a lot of whinging, now they tend to move a bit faster!!
