Feeling a bit deflated after putting up the lights.

Off for a Dexa Scan today. Had my MRI. Mild to moderate changes for my OA in the hips and lower back. Feels more like significant to me first thing in the morning. But we shall see. The suns out and I woke up! Can’t ask for much more. 🌞🥴😌😁

No he’s real honest. The psychiatrist said he his if I want him to be? It’s just no one else sees him he’s very shy and stays out of sight. I am doing a photo shoot later of the Elf on the Shelf to torment the grandchildren with. I shall share with all my other virtual friends too.

Just running round like a headless chicken dun his head in. Only temporary back to normal for the photo shoot for the kids
