Saw the Doctor today

Just got back. He said everything sounds good and to just keep doing what you all tell me to do. He didn't even take another SED rate because I was feeling fine. He said in Dec we will do all the tests and another bone density scan to see if TAP dancing helps! AND renewed all the prednisone so I would have enough for 8 weeks in Sweden! Things feeling fine. He is totally in agreement with DSNS. Was diagnosed 11/18 started at 15mg and now at 71/2mg prednisone. AND he said he loved my shirt.

Great news! Your rheumy sounds like a dream! Sounds like things are going along well for you. Wish you continued smooth sailing. I love reading these types of posts, they are quite inspirational and give me hope (somewhere out there I hope to find a good rheumatologist).

I LOVE your shirt, would in fact like to get one. I work in the sexuality field promoting healthy messages and honest conversations about all aspects of sexuality, all from a sex-positive, pleasure-based approach that honours difference/variation. Sexual diversity (diversity of sexual characteristics, orientations, and gender identities) is a big part of my work. Needless to say, it is a very interesting time in history to be studying and working in this field. Approaching sexuality with curiosity rather than judgement has served me (and my clients), well.

Thanks for spreading the word in such a creative, humorous way.

Have a great time in Sweden where some great feminists reside and visit. I once worked as a researcher at a Family Planning org in Australia and think education is great if you CAN 'wear it' - anything for a better world for everyone ....
