Prednisone dose

Let’s say I feel better in a few days then I want to know how much to reduce prednisone and how long for each reduction.

No-one here can tell you - you will have to try. It depends on whether you stay at 15mg and go from there or whether you take 15mg for a couple of days and then drop to 10mg for a couple of days and back to 5mg - which you could do.

Ok, if I see a big difference I will base it on the above but if not I will slow down.
