East Midlands support group meeting

We have an East Midlands PMR/GCA support group meeting on Saturday 15th September at 11.00 at the Catholic church hall, Our Ladies of Victories, Southwell, Nottinghamshire. At this meeting we are having a Physiotherapist who is going to give us tips on movement and relaxation.
