Just to let you know I. Have been to doctor this morning and a very nice doctor too. He went through everything with me (of course I taught I was dieing🤔). I came out very happy 😇 he told me I had a flare and upped my steroids and to go back in ten days, so relieved to get clearance on this. All this could/does f...with the head if we allow it which I was allowing in my self pity state 😞 so hopefully it’s forward now. 🙏🙏🙏
