Tried the Mexican egg roll this morning... I added some onion to the basic omelette and used cooked frozen spinach as the filling. It rolled up ok with a bit of care😀 very tasty!👍
Sounds yummy! I’m still on full elimination but in no way deprived. Special bank holiday brunch this am - plantain waffle, bacon, berries, CoYo & a drizzle of maple syrup, with a glass of blueberry juice. All organic!
I downloaded the app & impressed to find so many different types of food plans. But, I also was surprised, with all their individual possibilities, there actually was not a “low Carb” option. Do you just check out the food & get some grain free & legume free recipes?
Yes , I now avoid grains and legumes also and go for veg, eggs, chicken, fish , nuts , fruit . Iceberg lettuce is my new best friend- I eat it with everything! 😂
