Love this great forum but.

Yet it is fantastic forum. Really opened my eyes amused me. And I have nothing but admiration for all involved in design and running of it πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

My only slight criticism is when I read one of the posts in a lengthy line. I maybe commenting on that one. But my comments go way to the bottom of the pile. Then it may not make sense. Or is it me. πŸ˜²πŸ€”

Keep up the good work and thanks a million.

I think you can reply directly to a comment by using reply space on that comment.....or on whole thread by using message box beneath. Sometimes...cos I type slow...3 messages sneaked in before me already. Not much you can do...apart from put name of receipient on your own reply and type faster. I keep practising.

Not sure you can - the reply column narrows until a certain point and then spring back to full width. With no indication that it has done so...

Sometimes I enjoy the hunt, searching for the post which makes the reply make sense. πŸ”Ž

Ronzy, PMRpro has suggested addressing our comments to the person we are replying to. I've tried to remember but sometimes I neglect to do that and fall into the same situation you mention. It is confusing. Also more likely to happen when I start a long reply, and others have responded with more alacrity and gotten in queue ahead of me.

That’s the β€œ nesting” PMRPro says is not good on this forum. It helps to flag up who you are replying to in a long thread by using their name. It can be like everyone talking at once about different things sometimes but it’s fun. Like a game of consequences.

If you Press @then without any spaces start typing their user name, their name will come up .Click on this and it should then inform them they have a reply from you .

may be easier to keep track of messages
